Anthony Bierman is a professional guitar teacher and musician from South Africa.

He completed an honors degree in music at the University of Pretoria and a masters at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.

For his masters, he studied and aligned his performance practice within the Chord-Melody school, a style of guitar which is rooted within a classical technique combined with jazz improvisation and arrangement.
